Deep Cleaning & Sanitizing
Deep cleaning is also available upon request when needed. Most often it is added to a cleanout—once items are removed, we clean the areas we cleared. Kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, floors and the surfaces a routine clean doesn’t reach, all within the agreed written scope.

What a Deep Clean Covers
A deep clean goes through the rooms you live in more thoroughly than a regular visit—the buildup around fixtures, along baseboards and behind the places a quick wipe tends to miss. Most of our deep cleans are for occupied homes and apartments that have simply gone a while without a reset.
- Kitchens — cabinet fronts, counters, sink, appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms — tub, shower, tile, grout, toilet and vanity
- Floors throughout, including edges and corners
- Baseboards, trim, doors, switch plates and door handles
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, ledges and fixtures
- Sanitizing of high-touch surfaces
Thorough Detail Work
We tackle the grime a routine clean leaves behind, reaching behind fixtures, into corners and along the edges of every room.
After a Cleanout
A cleared property is rarely a clean one. Deep cleaning is also booked after a cleanout or before moving in, selling or renting.
Odor Control Available
If odors are part of the problem, odor treatment can be added to your agreed scope.
Clear Written Scope
Clear written scopes and honest expectations before any work begins, so you always know what to expect.
How This Differs From Routine Cleaning
A routine clean keeps an already-tidy home ticking over. A deep clean is a longer, more detailed visit to the same rooms—for a home that hasn’t had one in a while, or a space that has just been cleared out.
Routine cleaning
Ongoing upkeep of a maintained home.
- Kitchens — counters, sink and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms — fixtures, tub or shower, toilet and vanity
- Dusting of reachable surfaces and ledges
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Trash removed and rooms tidied
- Repeat visits at a regular interval
Deep cleaning
A longer, more detailed visit to the same rooms, room by room.
- Everything in a routine clean, done more thoroughly
- Baseboards, trim, doors and switch plates
- Behind and around fixtures, not just the surface
- Edges, corners, vents and other missed spots
- Inside the oven, refrigerator and empty cabinets — optional extras, priced in your quote
- Interior windows when the quote includes them
What Your Scope Can Include
You choose the depth. We agree the exact list in writing before work begins, so there are no surprises about what is included. Anything listed as optional here is priced separately in your quote.
Included detail work
- Floors, including edges and corners
- Baseboards, trim and door frames
- Light switches and door handles
- Dusting of reachable surfaces and ledges
Kitchen & bathroom focus
- Cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors
- Sink, tub, shower and toilet
- Tile, grout and fixtures
- Surrounding surfaces and high-touch areas
Optional extras
- Inside oven
- Inside refrigerator
- Inside empty cabinets & drawers
- Interior windows
Optional extras and the condition of the property affect the quote. Pricing depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how much buildup there is, the tasks you choose and access. We provide a written quote—we do not publish flat rates, because two homes of the same size can need very different amounts of work.
When the Work Needs More Than Cleaning
The deep cleaning described above is everyday cleaning work—detailed, but within the range of any professional cleaning team. Properties affected by animal waste, sharps, bodily fluids, pests or mold are a different situation, and we assess those conditions separately before confirming what we can perform. Some may require a qualified specialist or an additional scope of work.
