Whole-Property Cleanout Questions

Can you clear an occupied property?+

Yes. We coordinate with the resident or authorized decision-maker so the agreed scope is followed without causing unnecessary disruption.

Can you clear a vacant property?+

Yes. With the authorized decision-maker arranging access, we can clear a vacant home, apartment, basement, garage or storage area to the agreed scope.

Do I have to clear the whole property at once?+

No. The scope can cover part of a property or the whole thing. We can discuss stages when that fits the project.

Is cleaning always included?+

No. Cleaning is included only when it is part of the agreed scope. We confirm what is included before work begins.

What if the property has hazards?+

Tell us before service. We will assess the conditions and confirm which work we can perform. Some conditions may require a qualified specialist.
