Every project is scoped individually based on property size, volume, access, labor, cleaning requirements, disposal needs and timeline.
2. Estimates & Scopes of Work
Every project is different. After learning about the property and reviewing photos or completing a walkthrough, we provide a clear written scope and price before work begins. No hidden fees. Work proceeds only after you agree to the scope and pricing.
3. Scheduling & Urgency
We are available 24/7. Same-day service may be available depending on location, project size and scheduling. We do not guarantee specific arrival times or completion timelines unless expressly agreed in writing for your project.
4. Hazardous & Specialized Conditions
For properties affected by animal waste, insects, spoiled food, bodily fluids, needles or other hazardous materials, conditions are assessed before work begins and specialized procedures may be required. We prioritize safety for our crew, residents and visitors at all times.
5. Access & Coordination
For apartment buildings and managed properties, we coordinate building access, elevators, loading and disposal with management and superintendents. We may work with family members, property managers, attorneys or case managers when authorized to coordinate the project.
6. Confidentiality
We handle all project details confidentially. Project photographs are never shared publicly without permission. Discreet scheduling and unmarked vehicles may be available upon request for additional privacy.
7. Liability & Insurance
Hoarding Bros is fully licensed and insured. Certificates of insurance are available upon request to property managers and professionals. Our crew takes reasonable care of your property and handles and separates important items carefully for your review. We are not responsible for items you choose to discard during an agreed scope.
8. Payment
Payment terms are agreed in writing with your scope of work before work begins. We add no hidden fees. Prices are based on the details and photographs provided at the time of estimation; significant changes to scope discovered during the project will be discussed with you first.
