Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
Detailed cleaning of empty homes and apartments—for a turnover between tenants, preparation for the next occupant, or a fresh start in a new place.
Serving NYC, Westchester, Rockland, Long Island and our New Jersey service areas. Send your ZIP code and project details to confirm scheduling in your area.

Cleaning an Empty Home Properly
Once the furniture is out, you can see everything that a normal clean misses. We work through the empty space room by room, so the next person walks into a home that is genuinely clean—not just tidy.
If the property still holds furniture, belongings or trash that need to go, tell us—we can pair the cleaning with a cleanout in one agreed scope, with cleaning included on request.
- Floors throughout, including under where furniture stood
- Kitchen surfaces, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors and sink
- Bathrooms — fixtures, tile, tub or shower, toilet and vanity
- Baseboards, trim, doors and light switches
- Closets, shelving and storage areas left empty
- Interior windows and sills in the rooms you specify
The exact list is agreed in writing before we start, so you know what is included and what is not.
Landlords, Property Managers & Realtors
Turnovers run on deadlines. We work to clear, professional scopes so you know what is being done, when, and what it costs—and so your unit is ready for the next step in the process.
For multi-unit and recurring turnover work, our property manager & professional page covers coordination, documentation and building access in more detail.
Tell us the date you need the unit ready and we’ll confirm scheduling after reviewing the property. We do not guarantee a specific completion time before seeing the scope.
